The Perfectionism Recovery Program
A 12-week therapy intensive for high-achieving women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck in perfectionism. Blending EMDR, IFS, CBT, and trauma-informed practices, this program helps you break free from burnout cycles, build self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change.
The Hidden Cost of Perfectionism That Looks Like Ambition
We aim to support each client through the challenges of perfectionism by creating a structured space to process overwhelming self-pressure, shift harmful patterns like people-pleasing and self-criticism, and make more grounded, compassionate choices — both in how you treat yourself and how you show up in your relationships.
Perfectionism isn’t just about wanting to do things well — it’s a deep, often invisible pattern rooted in fear, self-protection, and the belief that your worth is tied to your performance. Behind the drive for excellence is often anxiety, shame, people-pleasing, and a relentless inner critic telling you you’re still not enough.
The Perfectionism Recovery Program was created specifically to help you break out of this cycle in a compassionate, structured, and clinically grounded way. Over 12 weeks, you’ll engage in focused therapy that goes beyond surface-level coping strategies to target the roots of perfectionism — where it started, how it shows up in your body and relationships, and how to finally loosen its grip.
Perfectionism can be isolating and exhausting. But with the right support, it is absolutely possible to change the way you relate to yourself and your world. This program offers not just relief, but true transformation — helping you reclaim a life rooted in self-worth, not self-pressure.
The Perfectionism Recovery Program is an intensive program designed to help you heal core beliefs, reduce anxiety and emotional reactivity, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.

Reasons We Become Perfectionists and People Pleasers
Perfectionism often begins as a form of self-protection — not a conscious choice, but a survival strategy. Many people become perfectionists after growing up in environments where love, safety, or approval felt conditional. Striving to be “perfect” becomes a way to avoid criticism, stay in control, or feel worthy. Over time, these patterns get reinforced, even if they’re exhausting or painful. Most perfectionists don’t realize they’ve taken on this role — it happens quietly, driven by fear, not by vanity. Healing means gently untangling these patterns and learning that you don’t have to earn your worth through achievement or people-pleasing.
Conquering perfectionism opens the door to a life rooted in self-trust, ease, and authenticity — where you can show up fully without fear of falling short.
- Heal the underlying wounds that drive perfectionism — such as childhood pressure, trauma, or attachment patterns that left you feeling unsafe to be imperfect
- Shift rigid thinking patterns, like all-or-nothing beliefs or harsh self-judgment, into more balanced, compassionate self-talk
- Reconnect with your authentic self, not the version of you shaped by external expectations or the need to prove your value
- Learn how to set boundaries without guilt and stop over-functioning in your work, relationships, or caregiving roles
- Build emotional resilience so you can tolerate mistakes, uncertainty, and rest — without spiraling into shame or panic
Perfectionism doesn’t wait for the right time to unravel — it quietly weaves itself into every part of your life: work, relationships, health, even rest. You might look like you have it all together on the outside, while inside, you’re constantly pushing, second-guessing, and never quite feeling enough. And yet, life keeps moving. You still have meetings to attend, families to care for, and expectations to manage.
That’s why real healing needs to fit within your life, not pause it. The Perfectionist Recovery Program is designed to support you in making meaningful change while staying connected to your daily responsibilities — helping you respond to stress with more clarity, show up more authentically, and finally give yourself the permission to be human.
If you’re ready to stop performing and start living, we invite you to schedule a consultation today.
This program is an opportunity to gently turn inward — to give yourself the time, support, and care you may have long offered to others. It’s not about fixing what's broken, but about reconnecting with your strengths, your values, and the version of you that doesn’t have to strive so hard to be enough.
